· Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the success of the parts department.
· Promote parts during sales promotions and ensure efficient operations to meet customer needs.
· Professionally handle customer inquiries, including unavailable parts, offering alternative solutions and following up on availability.
· Ensure inventory management follows DPOK principles at branches or Quick Service Centers (QSC).
· Use the NAP (Non-Available Parts) format for back orders and provide feedback to the inventory team for better stock availability.
· Possess a strong understanding of automotive parts and their functions to provide accurate product recommendations.
· Proficient in using automotive software, including EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog), SAP, and related tools.
· Comply with finance department directives regarding cashier duties.
· Ensure all pending ERP transactions are cleared promptly.
· File and follow up on estimates to maximize conversion of inquiries into sales opportunities.
· Adhere to 5S principles to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
