Collaborate with multiple teams across the region to address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.Provide insights to the management for strategic planning.Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and support) to ensure timely delivery and service.

Conduct market research and sales visits to new and current customers.Prepare sales offers and quotations with all relevant information and present them to the Branch manager for approval before submission to customers.respond to technical inquiries and bid requests with full technical detail as per customers’ requirements.Coordinate delivery and installation of sold generators to customers.Prepare sales and other reports and studies that may be required by Management for management and sales meetings to identify and plan bridging performance gaps and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities The role is responsible to support the Head of Reliability Engineering in carrying out the services of the section. The role is responsible to provide processes, structures, advice and guidance to improve or help sustain overall reliability in order to achieve maximum plant reliability which results in higher profits and less incidents. This role requires the provision of technical support in asset management and problem solving through application of specialized techniques, analytical and structured problem-solving processes. Key Accountabilities: Facilitate Equipment Criticality Ranking session to set effective and efficient Systematic Maintenance Strategies. Evaluate the existing Preventive Maintenance Task, focusing on effective failure prevention maintenance activities (addressing well identified failure modes) and eliminating unnecessary tasks: Preventive Maintenance Optimization. Identify all possible failure modes in critical plant functional systems, with the final purpose of establishing effective failure prevention maintenance activities: Failure Modes and Effect Analysis. Ensure that major assets installed at production facilities are timely replaced to ensure production continuity. Its main deliverable is an asset replacement plan as input for the two next major plant turnarounds: Long Term Replacements Plan. Analyze production losses and highlight problem areas to make asset owners aware of the weaknesses in the plant and take action to increase reliability. Coordinate the Reliability actions plans for plants’ reliability issues. Perform the training of Reliability tools when is applicable. Participate or lead RCA’s as and when required and follow up on implementation of the relevant recommendations. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, graduated from a recognized university. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry, out of which 5 years working in Reliability area. Knowledge on Criticality Ranking, FMEA, RCM, PMO and RCA techniques. Handling of standards for Asset management ISO 55001, engineering like IEC, ISA, etc. Possess professional certification i.e., CMRP, CRE or equivalent in Reliability / Failure Analysis and Functional safety engineering by ISA /TUV are advantages.

Roles & Responsibilities Role in this level has responsibility for assisting Environment Manager in daily operations on environmental activities, monitoring the implementation of Environmental Monitoring Programs on ambient air/water quality and reporting, environmental technical support, within the rest of organization, handling/controlling different types of wastes within QAFCO premises, and monitoring, maintaining and continual improvement of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001, RC 14001 and IFA Product Stewardship, including following up the annual review of Environmental Aspects/Impacts within the organization. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Awareness of QAFCO Integrated Management Systems (Quality; Environment; Occupational Health & Safety; Responsible Care; & Energy Management Systems; and IFA Product Stewardship) Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of QAFCO Integrated Management Systems. Keep informed about the Environmental science in the area of responsibility in order to identify and recommend the opportunities for increased effectiveness. Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, end-user focal points, other supply organization personnel. Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and uniform policy & procedure implementation. Monitor performance and take adequate measures to improvement. Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team. Ensure the safe loading/off-loading, handling and delivery of Hazardous Materials /Chemicals and ensureavailability of MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet) while transporting. Ensure RLIC specific Hazardous Materials / Chemicals Transport requirements are met during inter-facility/warehouse transfers and off plot deliveries Ensure the safe and secure delivery of Chemical and Gases to destinations within Company designatedlocations. Co-ordinate with nominated Maintenance sections for regular PPM and Preservation services forlogistic/lifting equipment. Ensure all mechanical handling and mobile equipment within the warehouse, such as, mobile forklifts,Overhead crane, trucks, etc., are maintained and service records updated through monthly PPM. And ensureperiodic third-party inspection is maintained. Timely delivery and return of equipment and/or parts needing repairs or refurbishment on behalf ofMaintenance Department via Warehouse Operations as per P&Ps. Notification and coordination with Maintenance section for lifting equipment requirement. Assists with the co-ordination of regular PPM and Preservation services on equipment held at Warehouse with nominated Maintenance sections. Desired Candidate Profile ➢ Bachelors in commerce / Business Administration / Higher national diploma (HND) or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized professional institution or an equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of Warehouse. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage. ➢ Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehousing environment with a minimum of 5 Years in the oil and gas sector and with at least 3 years in supervisory capability. ➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM or MM module. ➢ Good written and oral communication skills in English. ➢ Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member. ➢ Good experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers and contractors in Oil and Gas sector. ➢ Good adaptability to multinational environments, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs. ➢ IATA and IMDG Certificate
