Manage Local warehouse operations with complete compliance to COMPANY’s policy and procedures. Maintain smooth coordination with other Deputy Managers, end-user focal points, other supply organization personnel and uniformity across teams. Work with Warehouse Manager and the COMPANY Sr. Warehouse Officer closely to update statistics and ongoing activities on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and uniform policy & procedure implementation. Monitor KPI performance and take adequate measures to improvement. Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team. Ensure all materials and equipment are receipted, as per Qatar gas purchase order and documentation is completed within time. Ensure material and equipment is stored safely, securely and preserved in accordance with manufacturer recommendations or Preservation Procedure. Ensure the environment and conditions for personnel working within the warehouse facility conform to Qatar gas SHE requirements and State of Qatar laws, rules and regulations for labour. Support all warehouse asset cycle count activities in accordance with Company procedures and financial requirements. Arrange and follow up for maintenance activity for Warehouse Materials Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Truck, Pick-ups, Container loader, overhead crane, etc.) through Sr. Warehouse Officers. Coordinate and follow up with FM (Facility Management) for warehouse building related maintenance activity. Provide support to Maintenance sections for regular PPM and Preservation services on materials and equipment held as stock inventory. Control and monitor the warehouse contractor staff. Ensure all materials are issued on time as per the demand report. Ensure coordination with Shutdown team for planned and unplanned work activities as required. Ensure all material required for Shutdown are issued and handed over on time to the Shutdown materials team. Ensure coordination with nominated Maintenance sections for regular PPM and Preservation services for warehouse facilities and equipment. Appropriate direction of warehouse contractor staff to ensure work is performed in a safe manner. Communicate any concerns regarding, warehouse operations, unsafe activities and KPIs in a timely manner to Senior Warehouse Officer and Head of Warehouse for earliest resolution. Ensure the safe and secure delivery of Chemicals and Gases to destinations within Company facilities and designated locations inside RLIC. Ensure the timely removal for expired / obsolete Materials/Spare Parts from the stock inventory and business system after notification from Materials Inventory section. Desired Candidate Profile ➢ Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized professional institution, or Bachelor in commerce or business administration with additional 2 years of experience or Diploma in Engineering with additional 5 years of experience or an equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of Warehouse. ➢ Minimum 15 years' experience in a warehousing environment with a minimum of 7 years in the oil and gas sector and with at least 5 years at the supervisor level. ➢ Highly proficient in MS Office, and (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) ➢ Proficiency with SAP MM and WM module is an advantage. ➢ Good experience with Quality concepts. Ensure the safe loading/off-loading, handling and delivery of Hazardous Materials /Chemicals and ensureavailability of MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet) while transporting. Ensure RLIC specific Hazardous Materials / Chemicals Transport requirements are met during inter-facility/warehouse transfers and off plot deliveries Ensure the safe and secure delivery of Chemical and Gases to destinations within Company designatedlocations. Co-ordinate with nominated Maintenance sections for regular PPM and Preservation services forlogistic/lifting equipment. Ensure all mechanical handling and mobile equipment within the warehouse, such as, mobile forklifts,Overhead crane, trucks, etc., are maintained and service records updated through monthly PPM. And ensureperiodic third-party inspection is maintained. Timely delivery and return of equipment and/or parts needing repairs or refurbishment on behalf ofMaintenance Department via Warehouse Operations as per P&Ps. Notification and coordination with Maintenance section for lifting equipment requirement. Assists with the co-ordination of regular PPM and Preservation services on equipment held at Warehouse with nominated Maintenance sections. Desired Candidate Profile ➢ Bachelors in commerce / Business Administration / Higher national diploma (HND) or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized professional institution or an equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of Warehouse.
