To ensure all Plastic Injection(IML) & blow molding machines (EBM,SBM), associated production machinery uptime is maximized in line with Company maintenance procedures and in compliance with both production and health & safety requirements.Additionally, you will be expected to provide planned and repair maintenance to all plant and works services.Ensure that all equipment, machinery and peripherals operate efficiently and at full capability, ensuring a continuous production process. Carry out repairs on machines as part of breakdown or preventative maintenance. Ensure that all relevant paperwork and maintenance logs are completed correctly and accurately in accordance with company procedure. Ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with quality, hygiene and food safety policies.To perform any other duties in connection with the job that may from time to time be reasonably required by supervision and which are consistent with the “Purpose of job/mission”.Experienced in conducting Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of Injection(Robot IML) & Blow molding Machines(EBM & SBM),Line utilities etc.Planning and scheduling of the preventive maintenance on Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.Responsibility to maintain all the required spare parts of machine and utility, which needed certainly or predictively.Working with hydraulic and mechanical assembling and dissembling of machine and auxiliaries.Coordination with the clients, vendors, service engineers, technicians and labors.Maintenance of Injection molding machine, Blow molding machine, ASB, EBM, IMM, High pressure compressor, Low pressure compressor, Air dryer, Robot, Cooling tower, Chillers.Maintain checklist of electrical machineries and keeping maintenance records.Maintenance of hydraulic Accumulators, Pressure Relief Valve, Pressure Valve, Pumps, Blower, Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air dryer.Maintain all equipment checklist as per PM plan. Utility Equipment, annual test certification of equipment and Critical Spare Part Handling.Implementation of Kaizen and 5S in the Machine as well as in Plant Shop Floor.

Role PurposeEnsure contractual entitlements or pursue and maximize that positive cash flow is maintained and that contractual risk/matters are recognized, flagged, and resolved in a timely manner.· Review the tender documents and provide suitable commercial qualifications to the estimation team for inclusion in our bids· Review the LOI / LOA/ Contracts and negotiate with the main contractor/Clients for suitable amendments in favor of the organization.· Ensure timely submission of bank guarantees and insurance· Coordinate with the procurement team for suitable amendments to specialized subcontract agreements.· Administer contracts to protect the organization’s interests in terms of managing risk and claims· Prepare and submit claims as per contract requirements.· Commercial management i.e. timely collection of payment, timely approval of variations, ensuring minimal variance between application v/s certification. Roles & Responsibilities The role holders will have responsibility for operating and monitoring field equipment, in all field areas of the Power Station/ Power Generation plant to assist in achieving effective optimum operational status. They are deployed in the field on a shift basis, and they have an emergency response role and must ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with QAFCO Integrated Management Systems procedures. They have authority to make field related emergency decisions as per equipment operating procedure and handling of emergencies, and in normal plant situations, in consultation with Panel operator and Shift Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Operate field equipment in accordance with operating procedures and approved safety and environment procedures to ensure effective and optimum operational status of equipment. Make decisions to stop/start equipment based on experience and abnormal situations. Monitor and log all operating parameters to ensure operations are within normal limits that all irregularities are reported to panel operator for advice and/or Shift Supervisor for solution. Participate in one relevant off the job training course prescribed by QAFCO or have equivalent education and experience to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the plant, shift supervisor can assign them as and when required. Develop an understanding of all operational procedures and practices through on-the-job training to ensure readiness and capability to effectively operation of all field areas of the plant. Provide immediate first-line response capability in the event of emergencies or major incidents in order to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage to QAFCO personnel, assets and the environment. Make appropriate decisions considering the situation. Perform and provide the necessary assistant on-the-job training of new and trainee operators to ensure they develop the necessary skills to independently operate the allocated areas of the plant. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of High School + 2 years Diploma in relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years direct experience working in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Oil & Gas Industry. Experience in the start-up/shutdown and normal operations of power stations; installation, maintenance, testing and/or operation of gas turbine driven generators, transformers, pumps, motors, batteries, battery chargers, PLCs, 66kV indoor/outdoor substations, switch boards, oil/vaccum/SF6 gas insulated circuit breakers etc. Experience in operation of GE frame 6 gas turbines, Rolls Royce Avon gas generators, Speedtronic Mark V control system, Honeywell micro TDC 3000 operating system, etc will be an added advantage. Familiar with the process operations of power generators with steam and gas turbines, power distribution system, DCS Process, Emergency Shutdown and Fire & Gas Systems, etc. Know how to control an emergency or critical situation, prepare shut down and start up process systems in a safe and controlled manner protecting personnel from injury and plant or equipment from damage. Know how to read diagrams and extract information from engineering drawings and specifications. Know how to use the full complement of firefighting equipment and understand the Permit to Work (PTW) system.

Roles & Responsibilities Execute and monitor daily maintenance activities of Electrical Field area of work to ensure that these are carried out with sound engineering principles and practices. Keep the unforeseen shutdowns in plant to a minimum duration and effectively execute all the jobs in the shortest possible time. Execute the corrective actions based on the recommendation given by Asset integrity section, Operation excellent section (Reliability group), production or Head of section as per action register. Study frequent failures to recommend remedial actions. Ensure Obsolescence identification and necessary remedial actions. Resolution of bad actors in consultation with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Supervise teams of supervisors assigned to various disciplines/ areas of work, carrying out maintenance activities to ensure continuous optimum operating condition of plant, equipment, and systems and that all work meets quality assurance standards. Execute and Implement plans for periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities that ensure continuing and optimum production, reliability, and preservation of asset value with using appropriate resources to achieve cost-effectiveness. Provide superiors with work status reports to enable effective monitoring of overall progress against agreed plans. Communicate and Co-ordinate with Turnaround section and Production teams for finalizing the scope of work. Also provide technical inputs to Turnaround team for preparation of work packs. Assist Turnaround team for field job execution when requested. Use Engineering principles to ensure that the plant condition is stable and at the same time identify problem areas on equipment and systems wherein thorough analysis and troubleshooting is required to be done and the same is referred to the Engineering team for necessary action. Analysis the nature of problems and occurrence of problem, determination of root-causes and formulation of effective remedial actions which are escalated by Supervisors or production teams. Provide input for the development of plans and budgets (including shutdowns and capital spares) to ensure adequate provision has been made for anticipated activities. Communicate and Co-ordinate between Planning Engineers, Supervisors, and end-users to ensure spares and materials are made available. Also provide feedback so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained. Co-ordinate with Supply Chain department and Contractors for procurement/refurbishment of capital spares to ensure the availability & maintain the records for critical capital spares as and when required. Ensure that work permits and toolbox meetings in compliance with safety procedures in his area of responsibility. Review of work requests to ensure correct activities are undertaken. Use the JSA as per the procedures for critical jobs. Actively participate in all project modification proposals related to his area of operation and provide necessary feedback based on the maintenance experience. Participate in the studies, investigation, and improvement projects related to improvement of QAFCO’s plants, products, systems, and equipment. Motivate, develop, and appraise performance of employees under area of responsibility in order to achieve improved performance and individual contribution, and participate in the development of nationals. Participate in the call duty to provide a full standby service outside working hours to support Plant operations. Desired Candidate Profile University Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. A minimum of 8 years direct/ relevant experience working in the Fertiliser, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in the following areas: Electrical Power Installation, Control and Distribution Systems. Maintenance of Single and Three phase electrical motors of LV & MV levels. Industrial lighting circuits and distribution. Single and redundant UPS &VFD maintenance and troubleshooting. Programming and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
