Develop 3D designs for new products.· Review and enhance 3D designs for existing products.· Manage documentation of both new and revised 3D designs.· Understand the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.· Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.· Present designs to clients and internal teams clearly.· Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.· Research client and understand client brand guidelines to employ as part of creative strategy, maintaining client brand standards.· Drive proposal process until completed, collaborating with production manager and other team members .

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataEnsure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Check machine before the production beginsMonitor and control the machine performance and settingsLoad and unload forming machine with appropriate materials to facilitate production requirementsFeed raw materials into semi-automated machines and ensure proper packing of product is doneCheck the output of the machines and identify any issuesEnsure the machines are regularly checked and cleanedMonitors machine and report for any mechanical problemsTroubleshoot and adjust equipment to ensure quality standardsCan advance to completing set up and change over procedures of the moulds and fixturesRegularly conduct tests of the machine’s performance and operating capacityFix any issues or malfunctions that may occurRegularly submit performance reports of machines to immediate supervisorWork effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goalsKeep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment and ensure safety of the teamWork safely with all quality, safety, work rules and regulations in accordance with company policies and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as directed by supervisor
