As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for a number of key tasks to ensure the smooth running and efficient operation of the office. You may be required to handle daily office tasks such as answering the phone, scheduling meetings, and booking travel. In addition, you may be responsible for file management, documentation, and report preparation. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to interact effectively with people at all levels, as well as be able to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
