• Operate and maintain Gallus LM 440 UV flexographic printing presses. • Ensure consistent print quality, registration, and color accuracy throughout production runs. • Perform color matching and color adjustments according to client specifications and Pantone standards. • Handle and print on a variety of substrates including filmic materials, self-adhesive labels, and shrink sleeve materials. • Set up printing jobs including plates, inks, anilox rolls, sleeves, and substrates. • Troubleshoot printing issues related to ink flow, curing, registration, and substrate behavior. • Work closely with quality control teams to maintain high production standards. • Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal press performance. • Follow all safety and production procedures within the facility.

Perform screen printing on various materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, plastic, fabric, PVC, and promotional itemsPrepare screens, stencils, and emulsions for printingMix inks and match colors according to design requirementsSet up and operate manual and semi-automatic screen printing machinesEnsure proper alignment, registration, and finishing qualityMaintain consistency in print quality across multiple itemsInspect printed materials and correct defects if requiredClean and maintain screens, tools, and printing equipmentFollow workplace safety and quality standards

Installation of PVC stickers, vinyl graphics, and branding materialsPerform vehicle branding and wrapping (cars, vans, buses, etc.)Apply stickers on buildings, glass, walls, metal, and other surfacesSurface preparation, measurement, alignment, and bubble-free installationHandle on-site installation at various locations and heightsRead and understand layouts, designs, and measurementsUse proper tools such as squeegees, heat guns, cutters, and laddersRemove old stickers and perform re-branding when requiredEnsure professional finishing and timely completion of work Follow safety procedures and site regulations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting design concepts and ideas to clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, and the production team.*Key Responsibilities:** Present and explain interior design concepts, layouts, and ideas to clients clearly and convincingly.* Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable design and technical details.* Coordinate between clients, design, and production teams to ensure projects meet expectations.* Gather client feedback and communicate necessary modifications to the design and production teams.* Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and material samples when needed.
