Ensure that these plans are communicated to staff and visitors and update registers on training and induction, reviewed and updated regularly.7.   Audit:•     Inspect workplaces for Unsafe Condition/Behavior, and minimize or eliminate hazards from processes,•     Provide detailed audit reports with findings, identify non-conformities, and provide corrective action measures to prevent re-occurrence.•     Monitor and review that corrective measures have been implemented.8.   Compliance and Documents•     Assist in developing all the required documentation, operational checks, and reports for the plant to be compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 14001/2004 standards, including corrective and preventive measures.•     Review and amend standards, specifications policies and procedures for approval.•     Identify and call out which regulations should apply to a certain industry or company.•     Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance regulatory agencies, company environmental, health, safety policies, procedures, practices and industry standards.•     Ensure that contractor personnel working on the property are in compliance with RSS policies and safety requirements.•     Collaborate with engineers or specialist to institute measures to control hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions or equipment to protect workers from hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.9.   Induction and Site Files:•     Ensure that Operations employees, contractors, and site visitors receive SHE induction at Kickoff meetings and before entering operations.10. · This position will be responsible for ensuring effective operations of all process equipment.· Will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical/hydraulic problems associated with all equipment in a Plastics Processing/Production/Ancillary machinery.· Having Maintenance experience in one of the following machineries is must Plastics Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Film/Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming and Bag Cutting. (Having more than 1 machineries are added advantage)· He will have to provide training to the production operators as required to ensure effective operations.· In directly responsible for installation, maintenance & repair of all equipment concerned with plant operation, services & buildings including storage & inventory of spare parts.· He will accurately document work completed on equipment respective shifts and provide effective communication to the next shift on work required.· He must be able to use basic hand and specialty tools for repair equipment in accordance with established safety procedures· Ability to implement preventive maintenance schedule given by the superior.Any additional duties as and when required.

Dispatch Management:· Oversee the daily dispatch of customer orders from the fulfilment centre.· Coordinate with delivery partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.· Verify the accuracy of dispatch documentation and ensure adherence to dispatch schedules.Last Mile Delivery Operations:· Monitor and optimize last mile delivery routes to reduce delivery times and costs.· Track and manage delivery exceptions (e.g., failed deliveries, returns) and ensure timely resolution of issues.· Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and cost.Performance Tracking & Reporting:· Monitor key last mile performance metrics, including on-time delivery rate, first-attempt delivery success rate, and delivery costs.· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch and delivery performance for management review.· Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements.Delivery Partner & 3PL Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and 3PL providers to ensure high service levels.· Monitor the performance of delivery partners and escalate issues related to delayed or poor-quality deliveries.· Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with delivery service providers.Customer Satisfaction:· Respond to escalated customer complaints or issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.· Develop initiatives to improve the overall delivery experience and customer satisfaction.
