· This position will be responsible for ensuring effective operations of all process equipment.· Will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical/hydraulic problems associated with all equipment in a Plastics Processing/Production/Ancillary machinery.· Having Maintenance experience in one of the following machineries is must Plastics Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Film/Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming and Bag Cutting. (Having more than 1 machineries are added advantage)· He will have to provide training to the production operators as required to ensure effective operations.· In directly responsible for installation, maintenance & repair of all equipment concerned with plant operation, services & buildings including storage & inventory of spare parts.· He will accurately document work completed on equipment respective shifts and provide effective communication to the next shift on work required.· He must be able to use basic hand and specialty tools for repair equipment in accordance with established safety procedures· Ability to implement preventive maintenance schedule given by the superior.Any additional duties as and when required.

• Hands on experience & Trouble shooting knowledge of Injection Molding Machineries tonnage range from 100T to 1200T, Prefer Brand of Machines are FMI & Jonwai.• Experience in Robot (Pick & Place + IML) programming are essentials. • Require Knowledge of Material dosage System.• Need experience of Processing PP, PS & PE plastics Materials.• Food Product Containers and bottle cap machines should able to set & teach Shift Leaders.• Capable to train new operators to operate the machine.• To utilize manpower efficiently.• To create Production plans for allocations of Sales order to machinery.• Initiate normal and corrective action to meet qualitative and quantitative requirements of production.• To analyze and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.• Prepare daily production reports, FG transfer and RM Request Indents.• Prepare weekly shift schedule for manpower.• Keep accurate records in MS office for Department related 3M details.• Establish equipment and general cleaning, good house keeping and stress safety.• Maintain accurate daily inventory and scrap records, implement ways of reducing waste.• Any additional jobs as and when required.Job Requirements : - Education : Bachelor Degree/Diploma from Plastics Institution. Preference for CIPET.- Period Of Experience : 10 + years plastics processing and material management.- Field Of Experience : Should have knowledge in Production Control.- English Language : Fluent.- Computer Literacy : Must have knowledge in MS Office.- Age : 35 + years.
