Responsibilities :Maintenance and Medical Gas Engineer is responsible for the safe and continues operation of cylinder filling plants and design, installation and commissioning of our hospital customers' cryogenic tank and gas network installation requirements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Monitoring and performing periodic maintenance of cylinder filling plants machinery such as cryogenic liquid pump, cryogenic storage tank, compressor, cylinder hydrotest unit, valving machine and high-pressure filling lines.2. Leading the project in coordination with the sales representative from the beginning to the end of the project in gas network and cryogenic tank installation requests from our customers.3. Gas network system design, creation of purchasing budget, order tracking, installation and commissioning steps and taking responsibility.4. Making weekly schedules of the maintenance team and leading the team.5. Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.

Dispatch Management:· Oversee the daily dispatch of customer orders from the fulfilment centre.· Coordinate with delivery partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.· Verify the accuracy of dispatch documentation and ensure adherence to dispatch schedules.Last Mile Delivery Operations:· Monitor and optimize last mile delivery routes to reduce delivery times and costs.· Track and manage delivery exceptions (e.g., failed deliveries, returns) and ensure timely resolution of issues.· Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and cost.Performance Tracking & Reporting:· Monitor key last mile performance metrics, including on-time delivery rate, first-attempt delivery success rate, and delivery costs.· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch and delivery performance for management review.· Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements.Delivery Partner & 3PL Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and 3PL providers to ensure high service levels.· Monitor the performance of delivery partners and escalate issues related to delayed or poor-quality deliveries.· Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with delivery service providers.Customer Satisfaction:· Respond to escalated customer complaints or issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.· Develop initiatives to improve the overall delivery experience and customer satisfaction.

Order Fulfilment:· Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.· Monitor performance and productivity metrics, such as Units Per Hour (UPH), orders processed, and error rates.· Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all under-the-roof operations.· Inventory Management:· Manage stock levels, ensuring that items are correctly stored and efficiently accessible for picking.· Collaborate with the inventory control team to conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.Team Leadership:· Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing training and guidance to improve performance and efficiency.· Assist in picker calculations, shift planning, task allocation, and monitoring to ensure that staffing levels are adequate for workload demands.Quality Control:· Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and conduct spot checks on packing quality.· Implement corrective actions in cases of frequent errors or customer complaints.Data Reporting:· Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including pick rates, pack rates, dispatch times, and order accuracy.· Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the eCommerce manager.
