The position ensures that all legal registrations, documentation, renewals, and attestations are properly tracked, maintained, and compliant with applicable laws and internal governance requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Regulatory Registrations & Corporate DocumentationManage preparation, filing, renewal, and tracking of key regulatory registrations including:Commercial Registration (CR)Commercial Cards (CC)Establishment CardsTrade Licenses (TL)Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals in compliance with regulatory deadlines.Maintain organized and accurate records of all corporate registrations and licenses.Coordinate submission of documentation with regulatory authorities and relevant government platforms.2.
