Design Review & Approval: Review architectural and MEP designs to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and QCDD technical requirements.

Submissions (DC1/DC2): Prepare and submit firefighting, fire alarm, and safety drawings for QCDD review and approval .

Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems (fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels) to ensure proper installation and operational efficiency.

Testing and Commissioning: Supervise the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems to ensure they work as intended in emergencies.

Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure existing buildings comply with safety standards, including organizing fire drills and ensuring adequate maintenance of fire safety equipment.

Liaison with Authorities: Act as the technical liaison between the company and the Civil Defense officials for project approvals.
