Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization’s market positioning, managing high-impact campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business goals
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, and offline channels
Drive brand positioning, messaging, and market presence across all platforms
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Oversee content development, campaign execution, and performance optimization
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI tracking
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team and manage external agencies
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for senior management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong track record in leadership roles
Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and performance analytics
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and large-scale marketing initiatives
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling marketing budgets and cross-functional teams
Exposure to one or more of the following environments is highly desirable:
