Cleaning and Household UpkeepPerform general cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and tidying all areas of the homeClean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces to maintain a hygienic environmentMaintain the kitchen area: wash dishes, clean appliances, sanitize counters, and ensure pantry cleanlinessHandle household items and appliances carefully to avoid damageEnsure proper waste disposal and recycling, following the household’s hygiene standardsMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the employer when replenishment is neededEnsure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and productsPolish silverware, clean crystal, and maintain high-value materials or furnishings if instructed2. Laundry and Linen Care:Wash, dry, and iron clothes and household linens with care according to fabric instructionsOrganize wardrobes and closets neatly; ensure clothes are pressed and ready on timeNotify employer of clothing repairs or damage3. Meal and Dining SupportPrepare the table as per the employer’s instructions, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene before and after mealsServe meals if required and ensure beverages or snacks are available per employer preferencesMaintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area4. Errands and Stock ManagementAssist with grocery shopping and household errands if requiredUnpack and store groceries appropriately, rotating stocks to ensure freshnessMaintain basic stock of kitchen and bathroom essentials (tissues, soap, etc.)Alert employer of any low stock or upcoming needs5.
