Discuss thoroughly all the progress of the project with the Head ofDepartment / Lead Architectural Engineer / Project Management andprepare updated tracking reports / Presentation on weekly basis for theassigned projects.Full knowledge to evaluate the: Design, tender package, Boq , reports,Etc. Find and prepare solutions.Supervise all the Architectural / landscape Engineers & Draftsmen underhis team. Study and apply all of the principles, standards, codes (SBC & others)and proper practice. Review all documents which are connected to the project.Keep in sight of all assigned projects, making sure that all is in thetrack. Provides technical support to their subordinates, preparing calculationand report. Reviewing and Making sure that the quality of all the technicalsubmittals (shop drawings, Materials, etc..) is based on the Al BawaniDrafting Guidelines & Shop Drawing Checklist. Ensure that all RFC's (request for clarification) are implemented on the Shop Drawings / BIM Model.Ensure all the model element to be as per latest approved materials/contracts documents.Sending RFC (Request for Clarification) to the consultant.Following up the Consultant’s approvals and sharing with him anyworkshops and technical discussion and Meetings along with any thirdparty or specialist till completion of engineering works.Excellent knowledge for technical coordination between all the projectparties.Prepare reports, designs, Calculations as per codes & standards andreview shop drawings.Review Design reports, Models, Calculations and drawings and preparecomments and findings report for any deficiencies, and proposepractical solutions to facilitate construction works and finalize designissues with project designer before shop drawings stage.Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriatelyas per project requirements. Provide technical advice and support for construction team to facilitateconsultant and client approvals. Prepare MRs for the assigned scope of works based on projectdocuments & References and coordinate with procurement dept. tillrelease P.O.. Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.Liaise with professional staff such as Structural and MEP engineers.Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.From time to time, you may be required to carry out additional dutiesrelevant to your role which will be determined at that time by ALBAWANI and/or your direct report

Preparing the infrastructure civil and utilities drawingsPreparing the As Built drawingPreparing the infrastructure works grading drawings and excavationCoordination plan for all networks Street Lighting, Irrigation network, Sewer, StormWater, Potable Water, Firefighting, RoadPreparing the Engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangement, layout, flowsheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc.., from rough sketches and / or from generalengineering and design information according to established standards andprocedures. Coordinate with the civil engineers and other disciplines to ensure the quality ofdesign.Ensure the accuracy of the drawings product.Build a CAD System by C# programming language According to “NCS” NationalCAD Standard.Clean up CAD files for project closeout.Drawing for landscape layout.
