- Ensure the smooth delivery of exhibition events and stands.- Follow all event-related tasks and ensure client satisfaction onsite during execution.- Track all upcoming shows and events.- Manage manpower with the foreman as required, or personally oversee onsite projects during busy schedules.- Coordinate with the factory for stand works (e.g., walling and ex walls).- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address challenges and be available 24/7 upon request.- Take responsibility for cost reduction in transportation and logistics.- Address and resolve all issues, whether big or small
