As we expand, we’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team full-time and support our content and audience growth across platforms.Role Overview:We’re looking for someone who lives online and understands fandom culture, especially anime, pop culture, and story-driven content. This role is full-time (8 hours/day) and fully remote within the UAE. You’ll be working closely with our content team to plan, post, and engage across multiple social channels.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, instagram Engage with followers and respond to comments and DMs in a timely and friendly mannerTrack trends, memes, and relevant content moments to share or adaptSupport scheduling and content planningWork with our team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaignsMonitor analytics and provide basic performance updatesWho We’re Looking For:Based in the UAE (remote work setup)Strong understanding of social media trends and platformsFamiliarity with anime, fantasy, fandoms, and storytelling cultureReliable, organized, and proactiveExcellent communication and time management skillsExperience with tools like Canva, scheduling apps (Later, Buffer, etc.), and light video editing is a bonusSchedule:Full-time: 8 hours/dayFlexible hours with regular coordination and check-ins weekend off A short introduction about yourselfAny links to social media accounts you’ve managed (if applicable)A brief note about why you’re interested in this roleYour availability and current location in the UAE
