Qualifications and ExperienceKnowledgeHigh School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.Certification in Inventory Management or Warehousing5-8 years of experience in a storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations role, preferably in a construction, industrial, or workers' village setting.Basic IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experienceUnderstanding of the procurement cycle, including purchasing, receiving, inspecting, and distributing materials.In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly related to warehouse environments, material handling, and hazardous goods.Familiarity with conducting physical stock counts, stock reconciliations, and identifying discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
