She should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through various digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Manage digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.Create and optimize engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (ROI, traffic, conversion rates, etc.).Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and external agencies as needed.Monitor market trends and stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.Manage website updates, user experience improvements, and performance enhancements.Drive lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through digital channels.

Manage and oversee all aspects of the fit out construction site.Coordinate with project manager, architects, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of the fit out project.Monitor and inspect the quality of work being performed by subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Manage and track project progress, including scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.Prepare and update project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fit out project, including changes in design or scope.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement solutions to challenges and obstacles that may arise during the fit out project.Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and subcontractors.
