The candidate will play a key role in designing presentation decks, wireframes, visual flowcharts, and user experiences that effectively communicate CTS’s solution offerings and enhance both internal and client-facing materials.The ideal candidate will combine design thinking, visual storytelling, and user-centric design principles to produce engaging and impactful digital assets aligned with CTS’s innovation-driven portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop presentation decks, solution mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for client proposals and internal initiatives.Create user flows, journey maps, and process visualizations for CTS’s solution architecture (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, Robotics).Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to transform complex technical concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials.Ensure design consistency across all visual communication and brand assets.Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and design effectiveness.Maintain familiarity with the latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices.Prepare visually engaging pitch decks and client presentations that reflect CTS’s brand and innovation approach.

Design and develop robotic control and automation software integrating motion, perception, and system intelligence for CTS’s robotics initiatives.Implement and maintain ROS/ROS2-based frameworks for communication, motion planning, and control in robotic platforms.Develop AI-integrated robotic applications leveraging computer vision, edge processing, and real-time data analytics.Configure and optimize Linux and Android environments for embedded and mobile robotic systems.Collaborate with AI, Cloud, and Data teams to design robotics use cases aligned with CTS’s solution portfolio.Prototype and simulate robotic workflows using Gazebo, RViz, or MATLAB/Simulink for validation and performance tuning.Integrate hardware components such as LiDAR, cameras, and sensors with microcontrollers and edge devices (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi).Support solution-based client projects by contributing to robotic automation concepts, demonstrations, and proof-of-value implementations.
