Office Admin Roles:

Clerical duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scanning, photocopying, organizing, and filing of documents.
Arranging and coordinating maintenance for the tenant's if required.

Preparation of Tenancy Contracts and Form-F, Form-A etc.
Call the clients and landlords
Act as middlemen between clients and agents
Tracking of managed properties
Administration of properties
Advertisement
Report to the accounts department
Coordination between Tenants and landlord
Arrange viewing and maintenance including move in and move out
