Review WPS, PQR, and WPQR etc to ensure compliance with requirement of applicable codes (usually ASME Sec. IX).Witness welding procedure qualification (WPS), Procedure qualification Record (PQR) welders qualifications and destruction, non-destruction testing as per relevant international code and company specification.Witness heat treatment process as per approved heat treatment procedurePrepare comprehensive ITP for QA/QC of welding activity, new and repair application.Carry out QA/QC compliance inspection in accordance with approved ITP.Carry out non-destructive testing (DPT/MP, Ferrite, Hardness etc).Review /prepare QA/QC dossier for welding activity.Prepare comprehensive inspection report on assigned welding activityInspectors shall be fully conversant with relevant codes and standards (AWS, ASME SEC.IX, ASME Sec.
