Requirements – Lashes Strong experience in Russian volume techniques Ability to perform all lash techniques, including: Classic (Silk) Hybrid Volume / Mega Volume Cat Eye Fox Eye Doll Eye Wispy / Custom sets Excellent isolation and clean work Long-lasting results with proper lash health care Requirements – Nails (Russian Technique) Certified or experienced in Russian manicure & pedicure Skilled in: Nail extensions (gel / builder gel / forms) Refills & corrections Natural nail strengthening Cuticle work (dry / e-file technique) Clean shaping and finishing Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards Additional Requirement Strong experience in Lash Lifting & Brow Lamination, including: Correct product timing Clean and symmetrical results Tinting and shaping What We Offer Professional and friendly work environment Competitive salary + commission Stable client base Opportunity to grow with the salon Preferred Qualities Minimum 2–3 years experience Attention to detail Passion for beauty industry Good communication skills Team player
