We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the maintenance and servicing of heavy machinery, specifically Caterpillar, JCB, and Komatsu equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to solve complex mechanical problems efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Supervision:Oversee daily operations of the workshop and service activities.Manage and guide a team of mechanics to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.Equipment Maintenance:Diagnose, service, and maintain heavy equipment including Caterpillar, JCB, and Komatsu machines.Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Problem Solving & Technical Support:Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.Analyze breakdowns and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.Client Interaction:Communicate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.Offer technical advice and recommendations when needed.Team Management:Train and motivate the team to maintain high performance standards.Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.Time Management:Plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workshop operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in heavy equipment maintenance in GCC countries.Technical Expertise:Hands-on experience with servicing Caterpillar, JCB, and Komatsu equipment.Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, engines, and other mechanical components.Skills:Leadership and team management.Effective problem-solving and critical thinking.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Strong client handling and communication skills.Other Requirements:Valid GCC driving license is preferred.Knowledge of workplace safety protocols.Proficiency in basic computer skills and reporting tools.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Accommodation and transportation provided.Annual leave and health insurance as per company policy.
