Requirements- 1+ year experience in real estate (off-plan & secondary properties)- Strong knowledge of the Dubai market & property laws- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills- Valid UAE real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one)Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on off-plan & secondary property sales.Conduct viewings, market evaluations, & negotiate deals.Achieve monthly sales targets & manage the sales process.Build strong client relationships.

Manage all accounting transactions.Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable.Ensure timely bank payments.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (familiarity with EMARATAX and FTA systems is required).Comply with the company’s financial policies and regulations.Generate and dispatch accurate tax invoices and tax credit notes to clients.Maintain organized and detailed records of all issued invoices for internal reviews or external audits.Calculate monthly costs, including agents' commissions, loyalty, and referrals.Perform other related duties as required.
