• Performing repairs and maintenance tasks across various areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, civil works and carpentry.• Performs scheduled and/or unscheduled preventative or routine maintenance tasks at an assigned location(s).• Performs electrical checks and repairs, including but not limited to replacement of bulbs, ballasts or lighting fixtures etc. as necessary.• Performs plumbing checks and repairs, including but not limited to PVC, PPVC & PPR pipe repairs, Repair and replacement of domestic water heaters, wide knowledge related to angle, float, foot and gate valves, etc. as necessary.• Performs carpentry checks and repairs, including but not limited to repair of office or shop doors, cupboard doors, locks, etc. as necessary.• Performs minor repairs within as required.• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.• Service, Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.• Working knowledge of general building and environment maintenance requirements.
