We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Landscape Development to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing landscape and site development works, including structural and hardscape elements such as pools, pergolas, and sunken seating areas.Prepare landscape engineering drawings, grading plans, and layouts.Design and review drainage, irrigation, soil management, and hardscape elements.Knowledgeable in construction of pools, pergolas, sunken seating areas, and other landscape structures.Review and coordinate structural drawings, ensuring alignment with civil and landscape works.Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, and consultants.Conduct site surveys, inspections, and quality control checks.Monitor project timelines, materials, and budgets.Ensure compliance with local bylaws, codes, and environmental regulations.Manage day-to-day execution of landscape and civil works on-site.Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports.

Cutting and installing ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, marble, and granite tilesPreparing surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesivesMeasuring and marking surfaces according to layout plansGrouting and finishing tile installationsEnsuring proper alignment, spacing, and surface qualityReading blueprints and following site engineer instructionsMaintaining tools and ensuring worksite cleanlinessFollowing safety and quality standards at all times

Prepare structural drafting and detailed drawings.Conduct inspections of structural works on-site.Prepare cost estimations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Handle Quantity Surveying (QS) and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) tasks.Handle submission and approval from communities and municipalities.
