Job descriptionWe are looking for a Building material and sales representative.Strong vendors/suppliers base inside UAE is a plusMust be fluent, confident and should be able to get best prices from the vendors/suppliers.Preferably with valid UAE Driving License.Key Responsibilities:- Email Correspondence- Prepare Quotations.- Coordinate with delivery team.- Follow up for (GRN) with delivery team.- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality products.- Negotiate and finalize purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring the best possible prices and terms.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, bring on board new distributers for MEP, Civil & Building Materials related products.- Intermediate knowledge for Building materials related products required.- Negotiate pricing with clients/Vendors/Suppliers to ensure profitability.- Provide technical support and product knowledge to assist clients in material selection.- Any other task assigned by the management.Experience:- Purchasing sales coordinator indoor / outdoorQualifications:- Proven sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.- Moderate understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of local market conditions and regulations related to building materials is preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills are crucial for securing the best possible prices and terms from suppliers.Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends.Problem-solving: The ability to identify and resolve procurement-related issues efficiently is essential.Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues.What We Offer:- Competitive salary.- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.Job Type: Full-time
