Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D plans, detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out. Prepare free hand section details for site team.Prepare the schedule based on the full scope of work. Prepare/schedule the material list and sample board.Execute the interior works as per design.Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and as per BOQ.Prepare and draw Plan. Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.Prepare transmittal and drawing submission. Engineering/ Diploma in Civil/Design/Architecture/Joinery is preferredThe designer will be responsible for managing the joinery design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments.Knowledge in Joinery/Fit out/Interior DesignCreate detailed architectural drawings and specifications for joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into practical construction documents.Utilize advanced CAD software to produce high-quality 2D and 3D models that accurately represent design intent.Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure that construction aligns with the technical drawings and specifications.Experience:the interior fit-out or joinery industry: 2-5 years (Preferred)Job Type: Full-time
