In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Own the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the Egypt, Libya & Sudan Area. Set and handle objectives for product lines and sales teams to achieve volume, discount, and growth targets. Provide strategic and administrative leadership across sales, marketing, and service activities, including project pricing decisions. Provide leadership to all sales and service employees in Egypt for personal and business development, including leading organization review and organization development processes. Direct and handle headcount development within agreed budgets. Provide mentorship to local business partners, develop joint strategic plans, and ensure strategic alignment for improved growth. Understand customer needs and industry trends, facilitating rapid changes to address these needs. Represent Emerson at a senior level with customers and peer organizations. Build awareness of Emerson s capabilities among major customer organizations. Fulfill roles as Health and Safety responsible person, and Data protection Compliance Officer for Emerson Egypt. Additional statutory director duties. Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.
