Design and prepare 2D/3D models and machining programs using software such as Mastercam, SurfMill, ArtCAM, and AutoCAD. Generate toolpaths, G-code, and simulations for VMC machines. Operate and monitor VMC machines for precision manufacturing. Handle machine setup, tool selection, workpiece clamping, and program loading. Perform quality checks on machined parts using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.). Troubleshoot issues with programming, tooling, and machining. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of machines. Collaborate with production/design team to meet project requirements. Maintain documentation of designs, programs, and production records.

Operate and maintain UV, DTF, Sublimation, and other printing machines. Prepare and optimize print-ready files using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Print on various surfaces such as textiles, acrylic, leather, wood, mugs, bags, and packaging materials. Monitor print quality, troubleshoot errors, and adjust settings for best results. Perform color matching, image retouching, and layout adjustments when needed. Maintain machines by performing routine cleaning and servicing. Collaborate with the design and production team for custom orders and bulk jobs. Ensure on-time delivery and consistent print quality. Keep organized records of printing jobs and materials used.

Operate and manage CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis) efficiently and safely. Prepare, load, and optimize design files for CNC production. Create and edit designs using ArtCAM, Mastercam, SurfMill, and AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Program and generate toolpaths, G-code, and machining simulations. Operate laser cutting machines for acrylic, leather, wood, and fabric products. Troubleshoot machine and software issues to ensure smooth operations. Maintain machines, tools, and ensure calibration for accuracy. Collaborate with the production and design team to develop new products.
