Carry out civil maintenance and minor project (MAC) works as per site requirementsSupport office layout changes, interior fit‑out, and building fabric worksAssist Project Supervisor/Engineer during site installations and inspectionsRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsHandle loading, unloading, and movement of materials, furniture, and equipmentUse mobile devices for work orders, job updates, and maintenance reportingEnsure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and site standardsParticipate in risk assessments and safety meetingsWork flexible shifts, weekends, or overtime when required

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems including lighting, emergency lighting, LV/MV/HV distribution, UPS, generators, BMS, EPMS, motors, pumps, and control panelsDiagnose electrical faults and perform repairs efficiently to ensure continuous operation of servicesInspect, monitor, and maintain electrical equipment and plant rooms in safe and serviceable conditionRecord daily maintenance activities, breakdowns, and electrical consumption data accuratelyComply with all safety procedures including Permit to Work, Risk Assessments, and Lockout/Tag‑outCoordinate with Mechanical, HVAC, and Civil teams for integrated facilities operationsFollow HSE, quality, and information security policies at all timesParticipate in shift duties, overtime, and emergency on‑call support as requiredPerform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management
