1. Financial Accounting Maintain daily financial transactions and update accounting records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts. 2. Payroll & WPS Prepare monthly payroll and maintain employee salary records. Process salary transfers through the Wage Protection System (WPS). Ensure compliance with Qatar labour and WPS regulations. 3. Invoicing & Billing Issue invoices to clients and follow up on payments. Check and verify supplier invoices. Maintain records of credit and debit notes. 4. Bank & Cash Management Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Prepare bank deposit/withdrawal slips and monitor cash flow. 5. Compliance & Auditing Assist in internal and external audits. Ensure financial compliance with Qatar laws, VAT (if applicable), and company policies. Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes. 6. Reporting Prepare financial reports for management review. Provide cost analysis and budgeting support. Monitor expenses and highlight variances. 7. Procurement & Inventory (Optional) Coordinate with procurement for purchase orders. Maintain supplier records and stock valuation reports.
