Technical Content & Product Storytelling Write product-focused blogs, guides, help content, and release notes Explain features and workflows clearly for both technical and non-technical users Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay aligned 2. Activation & Onboarding Ownership Create and manage in-app content (tooltips, walkthroughs, banners, empty states) Improve activation rates for new signups through better messaging and content Test, iterate, and optimize onboarding flows continuously 3. Webinars & Product Education Plan and manage live and recorded webinars Coordinate speakers, content, promotions, and post-webinar follow-ups Repurpose webinars into blogs, product docs, short videos, and in-app assets 4. Product Launch Support Support feature launches with clear positioning and launch content Create announcements, FAQs, and internal enablement material
