We pride ourselves on our creativity, quality, and exceptional customer service.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of more than 2 years in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and a passion for flowers and events. The role involves targeting corporate clients, hotels, and event organizers to expand our client base and drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector, hotels, and event organizersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clientsConduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new businessAchieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goalsMarketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Mystic Flowers' services and products.Create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and events.Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials and content.Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Event Coordination:Assist in planning and coordinating floral arrangements for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.Work closely with event organizers to meet their specific requirements.Qualifications:Proven experience of 2+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in the floral or event industry.Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools.Valid driving license; own car holders will be preferred.
