Respond promptly to support requests from end-users .Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Manage and maintain AV systems, LED walls, screens etcMaintain the performance and accuracy of CCTV systems.Monitor and maintain door access, parking gate control and biometric systems.Provide support for operating systems, software applications, and network-related issues.Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and system backups.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of hardware and software.Develop and update user manuals, guides to assist employees with common issues of software and hardware system.Document and track all support requests.Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT Manager when necessary.Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, and Wi-Fi configurations.Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents and vulnerabilities.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.Maintain an inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing support and expertise as required.Assist in the planning and execution of IT upgrades and implementations.Require occasional evening or weekend work to address critical issues.
