Site Drawings and As-Built Documentation:
Prepare site-specific mechanical drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems based on actual site conditions.
Assist in creating as-built drawings and update mechanical system drawings to reflect on-site changes.
System Verification & Coordination:
Conduct site inspections to ensure that mechanical installations align with the approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve discrepancies between design and construction.
Mechanical Systems Adjustments:
Update drawings based on changes due to site conditions, design revisions, or unforeseen challenges during construction.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure that mechanical systems meet required standards and perform efficiently on-site.

Site Electrical Layouts & As-Built Drawings:
Prepare and modify electrical drawings for power, lighting, fire alarm, and low current systems based on actual site conditions.
Update electrical system layouts to reflect real-time construction progress and changes.
Site Inspections & Coordination:
Perform site visits to ensure electrical systems are being installed according to the design specifications and relevant codes.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure electrical installations (e.g., cable routing, panel installations) are accurate and comply with approved drawings.
Electrical System Adjustments:
Revise electrical drawings during the construction phase as necessary due to site modifications, unforeseen issues, or design changes.
Ensure the electrical systems are correctly implemented and functional as per the design.

Collaboration with Site Team:
Work closely with site engineers, foremen, and contractors to address technical issues and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Provide on-site support in reading and interpreting design drawings to resolve construction issues.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Ensure that all site drawings are documented, revised, and stored appropriately.
Maintain records of all changes made to the drawings during the construction phase for proper documentation and future reference.
Problem-Solving & Technical Assistance:
Provide technical assistance to site teams by answering questions related to drawings, systems, and installations.
Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process regarding mechanical or electrical systems.
