Trade physical commodities including manganese ore, nickel ore/concentrate, bauxite, iron ore, chromite, and gold in international markets.Analyze global supply-demand fundamentals, price benchmarks, freight trends, and geopolitical factors impacting metallic mineral markets.Develop new sourcing channels and sales markets; negotiate spot and term contracts with international counterparties.Structure and negotiate commercial terms including pricing formulas, quality specifications, Incoterms, volumes, delivery schedules, and payment terms.Manage end-to-end trade execution including contracts, logistics coordination, shipping, documentation, insurance, and final settlement.Monitor and manage market price risk, credit exposure, counterparty risk, and operational risk; implement hedging strategies where applicable.Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, smelters, refiners, traders, brokers, and shipping providers.Track trade performance and prepare P&L analysis, market reports, and management updates.Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, ESG requirements, and internal risk policies.
