Our clients come from high-risk segments, and we need an Operations Manager to run the daily execution, optimize workflows, and align teams towards growth. You'll report to the General Manager and work closely with the compliance, sales, and payments teams. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across onboarding, support, and compliance workflowsBe on top of every single step across all pipeline stagesBe the representative for any conflicts or issues that shall arise with clientsNegotiate on behalf of companies for deals and sales agreementsTrack and mitigate recalls, chargebacks, and volume-related riskAssess and document the risk level of each partner or campaignHelp promote the brand through social media execution (not strategy)Oversee remote support and operational teamsDevelop SOPs and ensure regulatory alignment in workflowsCollaborate with Legal and IT on technical issue handling Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and escalation pipelines
