The successful candidate will focus on property rentals, managing client inquiries, maintaining leads, and offering the best property options to meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills and must be proficient in working with CRM systems and real estate portals. Key Responsibilities:Handle daily client inquiries and maintain leads efficiently using CRM systems.Assist clients in identifying property requirements and present suitable options.Conduct property viewings and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions.Manage and optimize property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).Ensure a high number of verified units are listed on real estate portals.Stay updated with the Abu Dhabi real estate market to provide accurate information to clients.Negotiate and facilitate rental agreements between tenants and landlords.Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.Complete leasing transaction documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Meet or exceed leasing targets set by the company. Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience in the UAE, with a focus on the Abu Dhabi market.Must have experience in CRM systems for managing listings and client data.Proficiency in updating and managing listings on real estate portals.Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Valid UAE driving license and car is required.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Well-organized and capable of managing multiple client inquiries, listings, and follow-ups.Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
