This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team and develop effective sales strategies to expand our market share.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Snow Village’s presence in the region.Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key regional markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.Act as the key representative for Snow Village in the region, ensuring a strong and positive brand presence.
