We are looking for a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team.This role is one of the most important part of the skin studio and the client’s journey. You are the first port of call and you will responsible for meeting and greeting visitors to the business, offering a high knowledge of the treatments on offer – together with making recommendations and up sell as appropriate. The ideal candidate will be solely responsible for all receptionist duties as well as keeping the skin studio reception area in immaculate condition.What is Involved:•   Offer treatment information by phone/email/whatsapp•   Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area and other common spaces•   Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner•   Making appointments – sending confirmations•   Prepare guests bills and take payments•   Opening and closing of reception and the business in general•   General administration•   Managing clients expectations and ensuring any complaints or compliments are escalated to enable improvements to the businessSkills
