Develop accurate 3D CAD models for rings, bangles, pendants, bracelets, earrings, and custom designs. Produce manufacturing-ready files (STL/3DM) suitable for 3D printing, casting, stone setting, and finishing. Work directly with the production team, setters, and goldsmiths to ensure CAD outputs are feasible for manufacturing. Create detailed technical drawings including stone layouts, dimensions, metal weights, and setting instructions. Adjust CAD models based on feedback from craftsmen, QC teams, and designers. Prepare renders and visualisations for production confirmation or client approvals. Maintain an organised library of CAD files, technical specifications, and design documentation. Troubleshoot design issues and propose improvements to enhance manufacturability. Ensure all designs follow company standards for quality, durability, and finishing.
