We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of HR experience, with proven expertise in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within a construction company.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the full HR spectrum – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & developmentDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAEManage site-based workforce documentation and HR processesMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbookHandle performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary actionsCoordinate with site managers for manpower planning and mobilizationPromote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the construction industryIn-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulationsStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience handling a multicultural workforce across multiple sitesProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
