CNC Plasma Cutter Operator – ESAB Machine ExperienceWe are looking for a skilled CNC Plasma Cutter Operator with hands-on experience operating ESAB plasma cutting machines. The candidate should be capable of machine setup, program execution, material handling, and ensuring high-quality cutting standards in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up CNC plasma cutting machines, preferably ESAB systems.Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting layouts.Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment before cutting operations.Prepare and run CNC programs for plasma cutting operations.Monitor cutting quality, dimensions, and tolerances during production.Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Replace consumables such as nozzles and electrodes when required.Ensure optimal material utilization and minimize wastage.Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to meet daily targets.RequirementsProven experience as a CNC Plasma Cutter Operator.Hands-on experience with ESAB plasma cutting machines is mandatory.Knowledge of G-code/CNC programming basics.Ability to read technical and fabrication drawings.Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and cutting parameters.Good understanding of measuring instruments and quality checks.Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
