•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 20 technicians and support staff involved in the refurbishment process.

•Ensure team members are trained on the latest repair and refurbishment techniques.

•Establish and maintain clear performance metrics and regularly review team performance.

Quality Control:

•Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for all refurbished laptops.

•Conduct regular audits of the refurbishment process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

•Identify areas for improvement in quality control and suggest changes to enhance product reliability.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

•Monitor inventory levels for parts, tools, and other necessary supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
