Develop and implement academic policies and procedures that align with the school's mission and vision
Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, instructional methods, and assessment strategies
Develop and oversee academic program budgets
Hire and supervise academic staff, including teachers, coordinators, and support staff

Ensure that all academic programs meet or exceed national and international standards

Foster a culture of academic excellence among students and faculty
Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community to ensure that academic programs meet their needs and expectations
Stay current with educational trends and research and incorporate best practices into academic programs
Manage academic resources, including textbooks, technology, and other instructional materials
Coordinate teacher professional development activities to ensure ongoing improvement of instructional practices
