Alfa Global Health & Safety Equipment Trading L.L.C. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. As a leader in providing top-quality health and safety equipment, we are seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about workplace safety and can build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate health and safety solutions (PPE, workplace safety equipment, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing and new accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the health & safety equipment or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, products, and PPE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
