Position: Accountant
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Audit Support: Facilitate external audits and coordinate responses to audit inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Al Ameen) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic & English.
