· Record daily financial transactions and complete posting entries.

· Accurately maintain the general ledger.

· Reconcile all accounts as needed.

· Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.

· Monitor financial transactions and reports.

· Prepare bank transfers.

· Review and process the payroll cycle, payment slips, and taxes.

· Maintain a list of vendors, suppliers, customers, and third parties.

· Monitor warehouse stock levels and track item movements.

· Collaborate with auditors when necessary.

· Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

· Perform other administrative tasks as requested.
